POLICIES AT THE BROW BARN

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY - For all appointments and training courses secured via website we require 7 days notice to swap deposit to another date/time. If we do not have this notice your deposit amount will be lost and the difference in amount will be due at the new appointment. If you book direct in clinic, on any social media, text, phone call or whatsapp then your deposit will be lost if you cancel, change or no show to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will loose any deposit paid.

PRODUCT POLICY - Should you feel you are dissatisfied with any product please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we can issue refund or new product.

 

SHIPPING POLICY - For all products purchased these items will be shipped within 3 days. If you require quicker shipping we can arrange collection or faster method at additional cost

 

PRIVACY POLICY - We collect some information for any customer processing a transaction and completing check out. All details are secure and only used to post out products. We do not sell on your details and will not retain them for future contact unless you choose for us to do so.

 

T&C’s - All products are sent direct from clinic address (THE BROW BARN, 14 LODGE ST, MIDDLETON, MANCHESTER, M24 6AL)Any appointment made is secure via direct contact after check out is complete. Please make sure you are eligible for treatment, if not then we can issue refund.
